Here we go
Hello.
Well here I am writing a "formal" blog for the first time... (I have done the MySpace page ramblings and the Facebook postings, but I thought I would stick my toe into this pool of "grown-up" blogging.) ...and I am struggling to think of something to say. Introductions and first impressions should be as eloquent as turning a simple phrase with pinache, but alas nothing of introductory greatness is coming. Not even a good opening quote.
So my randomness follows suit:
I can not promise I won't have typos but will try my best. :)
- My thoughts are usually scattered between the worlds of living room dances, playing and general mayhem, brought about mostly by my son, and as working as a graphic designer, stay at home mom and wife and general caretaker.
- I like ellipses, quotes and commas; not fond of typos although I seem to be unintentionally making more than my share as of late.
- I am not a great cook, but can follow the hell out a of recipe.
- My hands are always dry because I am an obsessive hand washer and germaphobe.
- I am a graphic artist by trade and but I like to live in the whimsical world of conceptual artistry.
- My head is filled with heady subjects as well as interesting anecdotes and pop culture references.
- I love having banana creme pie on my birthday.
- I really like watching documentaries from extreme positions.
- I promise to try to do a better job from now on to weed out the boring from the sublime.
I can not promise I won't have typos but will try my best. :)
